Dr. Chung founded White Plus Dental in 2007 after gaining extensive experience and building a strong professional
reputation in multiple dental offices. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at
UCLA, followed by his dental degree from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine.
Following the success of his first practice, he opened his second office in 2013 on Western Avenue and Santa Monica
Boulevard in Los Angeles. In early 2025, he expanded once again by opening the Panorama City location with Dr.
Lee.
Known for his meticulous care, honesty, and genuine dedication to patient well-being, Dr. Chung has earned the

Dr. Lee has worked alongside Dr. Chung at White Plus Dental over 10 years, earning a reputation for gentle care,
precision, and integrity. Beginning in 2025, he will serve as the lead doctor at the Panorama City location.
He is a licensed California dentist and an active member of the ADA, AGD, and ADEA. Patients value Dr. Lee for his
